Understand the company’s sales strategies and work towards enhancing it. Should collaborate with the Marketing department and set appropriate targets to the Sales department.
Conduct training and development assessment and programs. Should also be responsible for following up with the completed training programs with proper evaluations.
Carry out detailed analysis and research about the topic and develop blogs/articles for the company’s website. Should work closely with the marketing team and assist in advertising campaigns.
Analyze the company’s brand visibility in the market and devise strategies for getting more reach of the product. Should be able to ensure a strategic overview about the brand by working with varied departments in the company.
Maintain employee database and look after the company’s policy and legal rights. Should also be responsible to communicate with partners
Develop creative business tactics to promote various brands. Make use of all digital marketing techniques like PPC, SEM, SEO and increase web traffic.
